So tomorrow night, I have reserved parking at a hotel, so I can go to a concert that Is near the hotel. Question is this: The car I'm driving there is stick, should I be worried?

No more than with an automatic in my opinion, but yes you should be worried.

I would be very worried. Only my girlfriend and best friend have driven my car, handing it to an unknown would scare the shit out of me.

Yeah, they should all know how to drive stick but they will drive anything like shit.

If you have a stock/decent condition clutch, nah they can drive it fine. If you have an unsprung clutch and lightened flywheel it could be dicey.
I don't worry about their ability to handle a standard transmission as much as just worrying about some random, low paid, young dude driving my car regardless of trans.

Just because they offer valet parking doesn't mean you have to accept it. Ask to park yourself and avoid the requisite tip. You may have the valet ride with you to show you where to park.

Be very worried. Worried enough to dress as a valet and park your own damn car.

I park in DC a lot and the parking garages park your car for you. I don't like it, but it is what it is.
That being said, there was this one guy at my old garage that stalled my car in front of me 3 times. I flipped shit. I got free parking for the day.
I've never been to that garage since.

DO NOT USE A VALET. NO CONVENIENCE CAN EVER BE WORTH IT. That is all.

Word of advice, don't ever valet a car unless its a rental.

Nah.
My dad's valet parked his truck multiple times. If the idiot teenagers can park that fine without a scratch, your VW will be fine. They should have someone who knows how to drive stick anyway.
I'm not one to worry about valets driving my car, so maybe don't listen to me?

I once had a valet freak out when he had to go get my car out of the garage. DUde was petrified of driving stick...and then he couldn't figure out how to A) turn the car off or B) put the car in neutral and set the parking brake so he went with C) stall the car in front of me.
